1 Payment Terms.

For our training services, payment is required upfront unless you have arranged an installment plan with us. If you're on an installment plan, payments must be made on or before the due date, otherwise your course access will be deactivated. 

2 Refunds.

Our commitment is to deliver top-notch training services and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of payment to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 business days of the refund request. 

3 Late Payments.

In the event that payment for our training services is not received by the stipulated deadline, we retain the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is rendered.
